    I'm going to start counting the stuff I DIDN'T eat as well...mostly because I need to congratulate myself a little more.

    Yesterday I didn't eat the extra yogurt D gave me as a snack for class. Instead I stuck to my LF cheese stick. Also, after dinner, everyone else was eating the low cal popsicles, and I didn't have one.

    Yesterday:
    Bfast: 1 NF yogurt=100
    Lunch: 1 veggie burger and diet bread=170
    Snack: 1 LF string cheese=60
    Dinner: Nachos made w/ low fat cheese, fat free sour cream, tons of veggies, and veggie meat crumbles=500
    Total=830

    If I hadn't said no, it would have been 990. MUCH better.

    I'm SO glad I don't have class tonight. Such a relief. Definitely going to the gym.

    This is lame, but whatever. I feel that it's necessary.

    Things I like about myself:

    9. I like my eyes.
    10. I am a size 2.

    Things I like about my life:
    1. I have the best guy EVER.
    2. I have a stellar gpa.
    3. My family loves me.
    4. Though distant, my friends love me too.
    5. While I'm not wealthy by any means, money is not a problem.
    6. I like my apt.
