I suck.
I was doing SO well yesterday.
I have no problem not buying bad food. I have no problem avoiding vending machines. I have no problem ordering the healthiest stuff possible when I got out to to eat..
But when someone brings all the bad food into my house...that's another story.
Yesterday:
Bfast: Strawberries
Lunch: veggie burger on diet bread=170
Snack: 1 LF string cheese=60
Then...I came home for dinner...The two guys were home, and they had a guy friend over...so in addition to the healthy pasta and homemade red sauce I had requested, I found 2 large pizzas and a 12 pack.
I ate a kiddie sized bowl of pasta and a big bowl of steamed veggies.
Then the pressure began. I had a total of two pieces of pizza and one beer. DAMNIT. At least I ate it with my guy so it wasn't a total waste. He loves pizza and gets all annoyed with me if I don't eat it...I did wake up early to do some quick exercies, and to make up for it:
Bfast: Strawberries
Lunch: Eggwhites
NO SNACK.
Dinner: We're going out w/ my rents to have dinner at the reception place, so I have to eat, but it'll be salad app, fish dinner, NO DRINKS.
Hopefully we'll go for a walk, or I'll do weights or the total gym when I get home, and I'm definitely going for a grueling cardio session tomorrow....
