    I'm back on track!

    Excellent.

    Had a great day at the gym yesterday : ) I did 15 high intensity mins of cardio for warmup and then did a weight training circuit followed by abs of course. Today I'm doing pilates at home and maybe going for a walk.

    Bfast: NF yogurt + multi
    Lunch: Scrambled eggwhites+ low fat cheese+1 slice wh. wheat toast+ calc d
    Dinner: I'm going out with a friend for Indian food, and I think I'm gonna stick with tandoori chicken since it doesn't have all the sauces and stuff on it. Low cal and hi protein!

    Yesterday:
    Bfast: Strawberries & nf yogurt=100
    Lunch: veggie burger + diet wh wheat=170
    Snack: 1 pria bar=110
    Dinner: wh. wheat pasta w/ mushrooms, tomatoes, peas, broccoli, and salmon=500
    Snack: 1/2 a low cal popsicle=35
    Total:905

    Getting more fiber and protein lately has been key.

    Tomorrow I have to go out for dinner with friends again, and it's this promotional thing where you get a three course dinner, so I have choose all the healthiest options, AND I have to be super good tomorrow, so here's the plan:

    Bfast: Scrambled eggwhites and diet wh. wheat toast
    Lunch: nonfat yogurt and frozen berry smoothie
    Dinner: Here's the menu...
    I was thinking the beer ironically looked like the healthiest app, and for dinner...I was thinking either the Spring Medley or the Chicken Portabello....What do you all think? None of these things is exactly healthy, but this is...the menu...Hopefully I'll just be too "full" for dessert, but otherwise I don't know which is lower cal...I'm thinking the mousse since, but I don't know...opinions?

    I'm excited. I get to see an old friend from college for dinner tonight :) It's fantastic because all my college friends left here, and now I barely get to see anyone except Dan's friends, and I work with old people, so I haven't made that many of my own friends....Not to say that Dan's friends aren't mine...but...it's not the same. So I'm excited, and I'm going to have an awesome time : )
