Last night was good. I had made dinner during lunch, so after my workout I pretty much got to chill out all night.
I love my pilates class; I feel like my core is getting alot stronger, and I do nearly all of the most advanced moves, so I feel like it's really paying off.
Dinner was vegetarian chilli, very healthy. I also twice resisted the urge to pig out, which is always good.
Today's plan:
Iron pill
Bfast: strawberries, blueberries, some light cool whip=100
Lunch: veggie burger on diet bread w/ lettuce/tomato+vitamin=170
Dinner: broccolli, mushroom, eggwhite quiche w/ salad+grilled chicken+vitamin=500
Snack: 1 nf yogurt + calc supplement=100
Total=870
The workout plan for tonight is to go for a long walk if the weather is nice....I love summer, and I'll take any excuse I can to get outside : )
Tomorrow I think I'll go to the gym and do cardio, and maybe weights the day after...I feel very fat today...bleh.
I don't drink enough water.
I don't know what it is with me lately, but it's like I do all I can to aviod talking on the phone, which is kind of weird. I have...two phone calls to return. I will return them today! For all I know I may be getting company soon even if Jamie is able to visit...
I might also be going to Amsterdam even though I totally can't afford it....BUT I'd be able to not pay for lodging since my friend and I have a friend who lives there...
Clearly I cannot turn this down.
