My new Ipod will be in on Friday. I can't wait. Working out is going to be so much more fun with music.
Yesterday, I had a fantastic workout. It was kind of weird..Usually I'm on one of the front eliptical machines, but yesterday I was a few rows back, and I could see what other girls were putting in for their weights, and I could see their speeds. It was SO motivating...Going as fast as I could to be a thin one, and trying as hard as I could to not be a fat one...It was seriously motivating. I think I'll use it as a tactic for future cardio workouts. Today I'll do weights, and tomorrow I have the day off...Doing a final presentation and going to work on the same day is just silly, especially when I have nothing to do at work tomorrow, and I have plenty of time to take off. Soooo I'll go to the Core workout class at the gym and sneak in some cardio. Perfect!
Intake so far:
Iron pill
Bfast: strawberries & nf yogurt + calc/d=100
Lunch: 1 slice diet bread & eggwhites+multiB=100
Later:
Snack: mini v8=35
Dinner: veggie stir fry+multiB=350
Snack: nf yogurt+calc/d=100
Total:685
My group presentation is tomorrow!! At least after that it will all be over. I hate giving presentations. They make me soooo nervous. Eeek!
I feel like I'm surrounded by alcohol. My friends want to go out AGAIN tomorrow night..to a bar...of course. I'm hoping that we'll only go for an hour two, and I'll just drink as slowly as I can. Hopefully only two drinks or so. Either way, I'll have to be good on food to make up for it.
Plan:
Bfast: egg whites & diet toast=100
Lunch: berry and nf yogurt shake=100
Snack: mini v8=35
Dinner: either vegetarian chili=400, chicken/ chick pattie sandwhiches=230+ side of Annie's mac and cheese=150=380
Total, pre drinks between 635 and 615.
With drinks, I figure it will be 300 cals for drinks, which would at least keep the total in the low 900s, which isn't bad for a night of drinking. Plus I'll be working out on Thursday..Opinions?
