Today I feel fat. Yuck.
Super gross. I need to buckle down.
Yesterday I got sabotaged by the boy. *sigh*
Here's the intake: Bfast: strawberries and 1/3 cup of nf yogurt+ calc/d=100 Lunch: veggie pattie w/ diet bread and multi B=170 Snack:pria bar=110 Dinner: 1 small bowl of wh. wheat pasta w/ a little grilled chicken and a tomato/NF ref bean/ LF cheese sauce, yummy but v. healthy=400 Snack: cantaloupe=50 BOY induced cheats:1 drink=100 :1/2 nf yogurt=50 :1/2 diet ice cream bar=75 Total:1055 DAMNIT. At least I dragged him on an hour long walk....If it hadn't been for 225 cals of BIC's I would have been on target for my intake.
Today will be better. We are out of vodka, which eliminates the possibility of drinks, and I have my hour long pilates class today. I want to stay around 800 to make up for yesterday.

Planned: Snack: cantaloupe=50 Dinner: Eggwhite and veggie quiche w/ side of peas=400
Total for the day would be 720, and I'd have room for either a strawberry snack or 1/2 a diet popsicle or a low fat cheese stick to stay under 800. I'm gonna stick to this no matter what. I feel crash-y. I'm trying to avoid the temptation to stay closer to 600 tomorrow, but I'm thinking about it all the same... Tomorrow's possible intake: Bfast: fruit & nfy=100 Lunch: eggwhites & diet toast=90 Snack: berries=50 Dinner: veggie stir fry=350 Total:590...Sounds possible to me...
