    Time Event
    9:54a
    Meh.

Final's coming up on Thursday, so I'm going to be spending most of my time studying for it for the next few days.

I just want the next two weeks to be over. I hate group projects. The other day, when two of my teammates emailed me their segment, I realized that it looked strangely familiar....namely because it was exactly the same as the research links I had emailed e veryone!! I copied a whole paragraph and googled it, and they had plagerized like...five pages verbatim. I was so incredibly pissed. They were willing to have us all fail the class for their gross laziness. It's disgusting.

My housemate has this girl staying at our house, and she's FAT. She wanted to make her own food last night, so she did. She made a dip with like...a cup of mayo, cream cheese, sour cream, and artichokes. It was white and thick with fat....all whole fat products. It was disgusting. I wouldn't eat it. Last night she ate wings for dinner, and the night before it was mcdonald's or pizza or something equally revolting. She and Mike have been drinking 12 pack upon 12 pack of beer. I can practically hear them getting fatter. *Shudders*

    I'm such a bitch.

I'm tired, and I don't feel like reading this book, but it's forty percent of the exam, so I must. Blah, blah, blah. I need to finish this book today, and review the text book and notes today and tomorrow. At least I'm half way through this one, so I think I'm on track.. Wish me luck and awakeness!

    Meh.

A little update to break the monotony of reading. Not that I'm not enjoying the book: I am. It's just that it would have been more enjoyable had I not decided to read it all at once. Damn proctastination.

I'm reading The World is Flat by columnist and economics guru Thomas Friedman. It's a really enjoyable interesting book about the new world economics complete with outsourcing, offshoring, in-forming, going horizontal, the race to the bottom, the China price, Google, and all that other interesting crap. Seriously, if you want to be able to say something smart the next time someone says something about Wal-Mart or China, this is your book.

I'm getting hungry. I think it's almost time for my salad. Mmmm salad.

    Yesterday:
First: Iron supp on empty stomach
    Bfast: berries + nf yogurt+calc/d supp=100
Lunch: veggie pattie on diet bread+mega B multi=170
    Snack: pria bar=110
Dinner: 1 falafel w/ low carb pita, tons of veggies, and homemade hummus=400
    Snack: 1 diet popsicle=90
Snack: 1 low fat string cheese=60
    Total=830
Excellent. I didn't workout, but I was too sore to so I gave myself a day off. I did go for a thirty minute walk though, which was good.

Today I'm going to try to study enough early in the day that I can still make my 1 hr pilates class. I was super smart yesterday and made a red sauce with soy meat crumbles for tonight's dinner while I was making yesterday's dinner so I'd have time to go to class. Go me!

    So far today:
    Bfast: 1 egg and diet toast+ mega B multi=110
Plan for the rest of the day:
Lunch: salad with tons of veggies and some protein and light dressing
    Snack: pria bar of course
Dinner: homemade red sauce w/ soy crumbles and tortellini and a BIG bowl of broccoli on the side. (whenever I eat pasta, I have a small bowl of that and a giant bowl of veggies so I don't overeat)
Snack: 1 low fat string cheese

    back to reading......
