Even if I really, really don't want to.
Last night was good. I did weights and some of those exercises with the ball...Lots of abs. I did go on that hour long walk the other nght as well, and tonight, I'm going to the gym.
I didn't drink last night, which is good, but I'm going out with friends tonight, which is bad because we're drinking. Bleh. I don't feel like it. At least going to the gym will somewhat minimize the drinking related damage.
Today:
Bfast: strawberries and a few tbsps of nf yogurt+ calc supp.
Plan for later:
Lunch: veggie pattie on diet bread=170
Snack: mini v8=35
Dinner: falafel in low carb pitas
Alcohol: light beer only, I feel like the vodka has been going down too quickly and smoothly. At least beer fills me up, so hopefully I'll drink fewer of them and keep my intake down.
I'm also going to the gym.
Yesterday:
Bfast: blueberries=40
Lunch: 2 organic eggs on diet toast=210
Snack: v8=35
Dinner: 1 veggie panini=300
Snacks:2 pria bars=220
Late snacks: 1/2 veggie chick pattie sandwh.=115
and 1/2 low cal ice cream bar=75
Which is around 1,000, but I was up from 8am to 2am, and I did get a fair amount of exercise, so I guess that's alright. I've been eating a bit more than usual just because I've been feeling unhealthy will the stress I've been dealing with lately, but since that's all over, it's back down to business.
I'm seriously tired. I need coffee.
