Dinner: whole wheat pasta w/ (refried bean, low fat cheese, and tomatoes) sauce and sauteed chicken=400.
Total=800
Today
Bfast=eggwhites and mushrooms=50
GAH! I CANNOT be gaining weight. This has to be retained water. It has to be. It has to be. It has to be. I'm trying to eat more frequently and spread out my cals to get my metabolism up...I'm eating healthy things. I'm exercising. I can't be gaining weight...
