My four day weekend was just what I wanted, a nice little conglomeration of hanging out and alone time. I watched movies, made some jewelry, tried a new seafood place...it was nasty...but I tried it. Did a little bit of shopping, cleaned my office/craft room, cleaned the back deck since I sit out there a lot with Cooper now. I also hung out with my ex's parents today....they are just as I remembered, sweet and comfortable to be around...they would have made excellent in-laws, but they are just as excellent friends :)
I don't necessarily want to go back to work tomorrow, but they are doing an appreciation lunch for those who worked last weekend, and rumor has it we may get a little bonus for our extra effort. We shall see ;-) |
