I get peeved when watching House Hunters and the people focus on superficial crap that can be easily fixed.
"I hate this color", "that ceiling fan is atrocious", or my personal favorite..."the hardware on the cabinets is so outdated.", etc. when it is a great house overall.
You gotta look beyond that crap and see the whole picture.
I don't know how the agents bite their tongue.
The majority of the time, the person jabbering is doing so just to try and sound knowledgeable. |
