2:37p - Transnational Moments
1 train. 11:30p 01 March 2003.
Two Turkish-speaking men got on the 1 train at Lincoln Center. One of them was carrying two recent purchases: a box of pişmaniye (a type of Turkish candy) manufactured in İzmit and a Spanish-language CD by Guatemalteco singer Ricardo Arjona, perhaps purchased at the Lincoln Center Barnes and Noble.
current mood: dorky current music: Addictive, Truth Hurts w/ Rakim (comment on this)
