You Are The Music In Me - HSM2 |

This update has been a lot time in the works and I am sorry. Our internet died the day after Christmas. I still haven't figured out why and I'm not going to bother with it. Ben can do something about it for one instead of leaving me to fix it like he always does. I'm jacking off next doors wireless. That's what they get for not using a password =]
Anyway. Guess what I've been up to?

( Oh Amy, that was much too easy! )
Christmas was fun too. I came down with a terrible virus that developed into a chest infection (this happens a lot to me) but I could still appreciate that it was good.
We went to the Nardone's the weekend before Christmas. I was violently ill, and spent most of the day sleeping in Godfrey's and Tanya's bed and blowing my nose. And that makes me quite unhappy, cause I really think that they are a wonderful family and I like them a lot. It makes me feel sad when everyone's hugging and I'm the infected one that they stay away from. Kiara and Connar are really cool. I don't know if I like Tiann or not. She seems kinda off-standish.
I got more band stuff for Christmas. Take, for example, a Violent Femmes t-shirt. I'm trying really hard to actually like them before I wear it in public. It's a cool shirt, but I don't know whether I think they're cool or not.
I got tissues and socks in my santa sack lol. I had socks for my birthday too. Seems like a recurring thing.
And I got Ben an Elmo -

Ayla bought the ninja sword. It has Japanese writing on it and I don't know what it says. Elmo is seriously the cuddliest thing ever.
New Years ended up working ok despite everything going awry. None of my plans came to fruition but I had Jeannie and T. over and we still had fun. It sometimes feels like three's a crowd though and I'm pretty certain I'm the crowd part. But it was still fun. Only my body was so tired on actual new years day it was crazy.
My resolution is to speak to somebody about God every single day. Yesterday it was Harry, today it was Richard. It doesn't have to be one person only, so long as I'm making sure that I'm talking about God.
But I got this email and it had a way better idea for a new years resolution than I did.
Easy stuff here folks. So easy that deep down we're not really challenged, so we give up and stay in our happy little ruts.
So I have a New Year's resolution for you that is challenging, life changing, and one that will not only transform you, but it will impact the world around you as well. In fact, I don't dare you to take this one, I triple dog dare you!
It comes from the Apostle Paul, and it forms the cornerstone of the entire Christian life:
"Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31)
It was pretty hard to make that work without copy pasting the whole email lol. But that pretty much sums it up.
Anyways, I have other stuff I need to use the internet for.
And I am entirely blown away by the fact that Harlequin called me beautiful!!!! ♥♥♥
Oh he's got me.
