Hmmm...haven't been here in awhile. Let me summarise my past few weeks.
- Went for paintball. shot lotsa ppl. got shot lotsa times. Pain and fun, all in one.

- Watched "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" with a record of 22 ppl. It's been awhile since we ALL managed to go out in a big group like that. Movie had some great elements, but the storytelling was really bad.

- Met a new ressie from Indonesia, he's Malay Indonesian, making him, me, my sis, and most of the MARA students the only ressies with Malay ethnicity in Richo. He came to Halls a week ago and knew absolutely no one and nothing. I brought him to the city the next day I met him and introduced him to my circle of friends. He's a pretty nice dude and we managed to have interesting conversations about ethnicity, history, and politics in Indonesia and Malaysia. He's settling in quite nicely these days. He's also 28 and has a fiance back in Jakarta.

- Went to the God'sKitchen rave at Rod Laver last Saturday. That was excellent. I went with Hanim and Adrian, but met up with old friends like E-Vin, George, Mun, who are all old classmates of mine in secondary school. Also met up with Alex who just got back from the UK, he's an ex-ressie in Richo, and Katie who just got back from Canada. We were there from abt 12am to 7am. I was absolutely trainwrecked after that. No, actually, I was still quite hyper and crazy-like. I crashed when I reached home on Sunday nite. Also there was John, O Shin, Adrian Tsu, and Ru Shyuan. Ru Shyuan's one of my fav dancers to watch these days. She's such a cute raver! Plus she dances to RnB and Hip Hop pretty well too.

- Rebekah got kicked out of Australian Idol! *sniff* Okay I admit it. I watch the damn show. And it's only becoz I know what it's like to go onstage and sing your heart out. Me, Tim, and Preema can sooo relate to all these ppl who go through the show. Why did Rebekah have to get kicked out! She's got so much soul and style...and she's just so beautiful when she's in her element. Oh well....

- I've got 3 assignments due this Friday! ARGH! A Business Com 5000 word report, a B2C assignment, and a 2500 word VSA essay. I'm using last year's Business Case Development for my Business Com report. I can do this coz it's almost exactly what I need to do for my Business Com report. Thank god they're diff subjects. Next week I have a 2500 word IT research report and the week after that I have a presentation based on my Bus Com report. Sigh.

- I bought comics! #5 and #6 of the Transformers: More than Meets the Eye series, which is like a Transformer profile book, #4 of the very dark and matrix-like Wolverine: Snikt!, and the Uncanny X-Men: Holy War compilation book.

- Had our last RA meeting last nite. Seems that in addition to Ben, Mick is leaving as well. He said that he's planning to do a Masters in Geology and he doesn't the whole RA thing to take up his time. So now there's only one more RA that needs to be bumped off. I kinda have a feeling that's it's gonna be me. Maybe I'm just paranoid. I've been thinking about it alot, and now, I don't think I care anymore. If they really wanna let me go, then so be it. It's been kinda hard working under Judi and Tash anyway. Especially Tash. I mean, Judi knows what she's doing and if there was anytime I screwed up, she would tell it to me straight. Tash on the other hand has been slowly shifting to my "People I'd rather not be stuck in a room with" list. She sent out an e-amil recently implying that Me, Niraj and Mick haven't done ANY work for the kitchen since she reminded us weeks ago. She claimed that we didn't put any signs up in the kitchen, and that the kitchen locker issue still hadn't been resolved yet. This was only 3/4 true. The truth is, the day after she reminded us (this was weeks ago), I personally printed the signs and put them up in the kitchen. A few days after that Niraj printed more and put them up as well. I also went through the kitchen locker list and checked lockers that might be potentially empty. Heck I even opened some of them up. I only came up with 2 empty lockers so I figured that we could only settle the locker thing at the end of the year when ppl return their locker keys. This was all concluded weeks ago and now she sends out and email saying we have been doing jack shit. I of course replied the email in the most diplomatic way I could come up with, to clarify a few things. I so wanted to say something like "Maybe you checked the Roberts kitchen instead," but refrained from doing so. I saw her before the meeting to ask her abt the email, and all she said was she needed to talk to me abt it but she was to in too much of a rush to do it now. Talk about it? What the heck does she wanna talk about? That she was too blind to see the signs that have been put up in the kitchen for weeks? She's probably gonna hit me with the kitchen locker thing, but thankfully Judi had already brought it up in the meeting, and I was prepared with a full lowdown of the situation. That was a close one. Tash was too tired to talk to me after that, so I think I'm talking to her later today.

- I bought jeans. $40.

- The open mic night is coming up this Sunday. Me, Preema, Tim, and Keong are performing, but we'll probably only practise on the weekend. I dont have time to practise just yet.

That's abt it I guess. I may have missed out a thing or two. Whatvr.
