10:06 am	Super Searcher Links Wow can you believe it's May already? I certainly can't but I am so looking forward to June because I'm the redounder and I live for summertime. 1:10 pm	I've Found a Good Start to the Year I am Redounder, and I am back! Remember all that stuff about helping with soup kitchens and homeless people and stuff? Yeah, I'm still on that kick and it's like so emotionally and psychologically satisfying to me. I really really suggest that you guys try volunteering some of your time to the needy. 4:41 pm	People Searching for a Thanksgiving Meal! This Thanksgiving I am forfeiting my family meal to help out the homeless! My best friend does ti every year and always asks, and this year I surprised him by saying I would. It's a local soup kitchen, so I really feel like I'm making a difference in my own community. Besides I think it will be fun, and my Mom will definitely save me some of her awesome left-overs. I think I'll even make it home in time to see my family for dessert! 10:59 am	Finding People, Ya know? I think I should just super glue the keyboard to my fingers, because I sit at this damn computer so much. But then, I wouldn't be able to type except for those 10 letters. So, bad idea. However, I should definitely get a laptop. I have this damn desktop from the ancient days. I haven't bothered to get a new one because I live by, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". But those new MacBooks are super tempting. I am online so much people searching or just doing work, and sometimes I'd love to be that cliche person in the Starbucks on their cool laptop. Maybe I can save up for it. 9:41 am	People Finding Info!!! Hi guys!! I'm back to do more good in the world. Last time, I brought up the topic of finding people and how cool it can be. I introduced the idea of people search engines and how easy they make it to search people online. Well, I have taken some time to do the research myself and bring you some awesome links to other peoples' blogs who are also interested in finding people. They all have some great stuff to say. One guy, who had been adopted, has this whole story about how he did people searches to find his birth parents, and how easy it was for him. I found another blog that was really helpful in giving information about finding people on the internet. The last one I am going to recommend is from Squidoo, which has a whole lens devoted to helping you find someone with different tools, such as people search engines. 12:10 pm	How to find a person, find yourself and make a difference Okay... so maybe I won't get around to covering quite all that info in this one blog. But I will get around to it eventually! My name is Redounder because redound in one of my favorite intransitive verbs. It means to have a consequence or effect... which I love. I want to have an effect on this world in a positive way. I'm doing a good job so far I think, but the thing about being a do-gooder is that you have to keep it up. You can't just rest on your laurels. To this end, I've decided to start this blog surrounding a topic that I think could really help a lot of people - that topic being: People Finding. There are these things online called people search engines and they're extremely useful in tracking down a friend or loved one you might have lost along the way. You can also usually do a background check on them too - which can be great if you suspect something fishy in someone's past. Back to the people search though. It's great! It's amazing how easy it is to find a person. I always wondered what happened to my best friend growing up (Joe), but then one day I kind of self actualized a little and realized I didn't just have to WONDER. I could do something about it. I could use these people finders to help - and help they did. I will be posting some more info as I find it. For now though, you should all google it yourself. There are a lot of different engines out there, and I haven't had any trouble with any of them yet. So... until we meet again: Be light and be good! (Comment on this)
