Im requesting an icon...i requested one a few weeks ago but when i tried to upload it it told me it was too big cus it needed to be 40kb? or something? So if someone could help me fix it that would be great. I want the same thing as the old one just the right size so i can upload it...thanks!

Background color or image: http://greendayauthority.com/images/bj11.jpg (and if you need to use two different scenes - use a black background with the words changing into the image ... whatever looks best ... im a newbie at this stuff)
Text color: White with hot pink for the edges of the letters (letter outlines)
Text: See what I want it to say in "Extra" ~~~ Cosmic Sans MS / Verdana / Arial Narrow / First Grader (take your pick, whatever looks best, and is easy to read...or pick a font that looks punk*rock-ish)
Text animation: Make them sparkle or glitter -- all the words (whatever works or looks good. your choice, but I do want them animated.)
Animation: Make a dotted border that blinks or moves or something (again, your choice)
Extra: I want it to say "I can't live my life like you,
Gotta live it up, while life goes on..." (no * " * - quotation marks in there, please)

hey. . . this isn't a request for a layout or anything, but i am just requesting some help =) uhmm..well i can make graphics and everything, but the problem is...i don't really know the codes. i've always made the graphic then had others put it in for me -- and i don't know any codes. so i was wondering if anyone could help me w/ that?! -- or if there was a site or something that had them all listed on it. thank you soo* much if you help me out =)
