Moonlight kiss - Serendipity OST |

I dont understand why there was a big fuss about that day, not even for a split second I thought that something is missing in my life. I used to be really fascinated by this mush feeling a few months back, used to write poems for my X-crushes, was really crazy about Erich Segal,Doctors and movies like Serendipity and Notting Hill. Suddenly everything seems to have changed, I dont feel the void anymore, not that I got someone. Seems like I've learned how to cherish what I have around me, the people who make my life colorful, my amazing and unforgettable friends. I know how great it is to be in love. But may be I have better things to worry about at the moment. Soulmate, one who is always there to share the problems and joys of your life.Whose presence your heart takes as a bliss. My friends, my family, my institute, the nature ... with all these around, theres so much color in my life and so much peace within my soul. The desparate need for a love doesnt make me go mad anymore. Now I leave it to the hands of destiny. Let the destiny drop her in my arms.
Dollops of Love, a poem I wrote for my childhood crush
Enough about Valentine's Day, now about the only city in UP, the state of tackiest towns of the world, Lucknow. With such a lovely weather, it being a Saturday and Vday all six of us (Me,Jaggu,Bhaloo,Jhawar,DG and Tandon), headed towards Hazratganj, the hustle-bustle and the chaos suddenly statred disappearing as we strolled from Charbagh towards Hazratganj. For a split second I couldnt belive my eyes that I am somewhere in UP. Lovely roads, ordered traffic, nice chicks , nice shopping malls and young crowd. It was quite like a Saturday eve at Connaught Place of New Delhi. On the way back I saw the State Assembly Building which was just awesome, abs beauty!!! Smooth roads, nice people with a sweet way of speaking, hang out spots, Lucknow rocked!! I tried searching for some spots referred by Gaurav like Cappucino Blast and the Pizza shop, but finally landed up grabbing a tabel somehow amidst the great rush at a Pizza Hut outlet. Wrote CAT on the Sunday morning and then back to Kanpur.
