Hmmm another long list here tooo.I wonder how u managed to be awake till now anyway thanks if u did..be ready for many more ;-) This was the last thing on a long page ...first would be my padosis(neighbors) Narendra, Pankaj who were my partners in the games of marbles, flying kites and a very very special and equally stupid form of cricket called Hudson cricket ( We used to play it in my house's vestibule and only the sweep shot was allowed ),the fun they had coloring me mischeviously ( I was quite younger to both of them) and comics ( not Archies!!! the comics of Super Commando Dhruv and Nagraaj ) we shared and what not ...then another group with Lokesh, Rakesh, Neetu, Leena, Jyoti and Panakj , the Dibba Dom players( Dibba dom is a li'l advanced version of Hide and Seek )!!! How we used to play dibba dom in the evenings.
I had two friends who lived close to our house Nandu and Parku!!! It was real fun being with them.. I don't remember much as I was too young at that time. I gave him a poster of Nagraj( Indian comic hero) made by myself for a cute li'l puppy.
And the cricket players' at the Triveni Crossroads with a huge contribution from the Pagarani family and Advani brothers to our cricket team ....our li'l playground behind the B'jatya Appts (was no larger than a tennis court and we had really funny rules of the game)...how many glasses we broke I dont even remember...and the golden school ground cricket group having Lokesh, Bittu Sonu Rahul Nitesh Laloo and COW!! it was real fun and that khadus buddha(a guy who was pissed off of our cricket and especially my pull shots) who dint gave our ball only coz it hit his dumb ambassador(a bullock-cart types Indian car)...and that akdooo ladki (A gal who too was pissed off of our game and my cover drives this time ) who Sanchiti, I guess was the name who never returned our ball.All the tourneys...we played at the Prikanko;s and The Gymkhana grounds...I broke my hand several times trying to act like Johnty Rhodes on a rough field.
Then theres Devendra Bhaiya, Gaurav Bhaiaya and Bhavana di who were with me since I was a kiddo and still its fun talking to them especially to Devendra Bhaiya.With him I have been to Khajrana(a famous Ganesh temple in Indore)so many times, through soo long tracks ( hey bhaiya remeber that sajan nagar chitawad road wala trip hehehe) .I have beaten him and my bro on terrace cricket umpteen no of times ..my scoring rates can never be challenged on that pitich-20 sixes in a row thats definitely not a joke...oops..forgot some there were Rohit,Susheel, the Bhaleraos, Monu and all as we played cricket in that Chourasiya Sector ground..though were much elder to me that time but it was fun playing with them too...In the same ground I used to play football with some college guys when I was in grade 8 ..Bravo me !!!
And the Ramvatika group of friends Pintoo, Pappu Deepak and Saarang ( humara 36 ka ankda tha, born rivals ) used to play lots of cricket and those cycling trips to Gommatgiri and Umiya Dhaam and yeah forgot to mention Bablu hmm let me recall if someone's left...not anyone in particular I guess... o oh yeah and the white puppy that I used to have I used to call him Milky Bar for the white color he had.
Well that was about my neighborhood friends I had fun with in my childhood, I miss those days
