Instead of self defense, it's more like self survival. I was trained to strike where it hurt the most, it's hard for a white belt like me to demonstrate, since I can't control yet. In respond to an incoming strike, I will hit back to hurt. The next time someone say shit about my martial art, I'm going to ask him to hit me, so I have an excuse to hit them hard. The night on my first martial art class, I wasn't thinking of learning or gaining. All I wanted, was to hit as hard as I could, keep on running until I fall. I didn’t want to gain, I wanted to lose the pain in my heart, I just want to be numb. I didn’t lose conscious when I fall, I knew the time I had trouble breathing, my senses are spring to live, they always do in critical conditions, just like the night I wanted to kill myself. I want to live a normal healthy life, but how?
