If we run far away, think we will ever die? We'll throw all these books in the fire Can you stop the train, cause it some delay The change machine lied, and its too late To scream, how long is the night
It's never over, it's never over The ribbon is tied the card was never read It's never over, it's never over The ribbon was crimson, the color of the night
Can you see the handwritting on the walls and on the autumn leaves that fall OooOoo, what are we gonna do? The trees are giving up on us The needle and the thread stitch us to the branch, and the night never ends
What are we gonna do The trees are giving up on us The needle and the thread (won't stitch, won't stitch us) Won't stitch us to the branch, and the night never ends The night, it never ends, it never ends The night, it never ends
I will never sleep again (I, I'll I'll never even close my eyes) I will never sleep again (I, I'll I'll never even close my eyes) I will never sleep again (I, I'll I'll never even close my eyes) I will never sleep again (I, I'll I'll never even close my)
If the suns on its way, then we will never die We'll follow these tracks to the sight Now the lungs collapes, air is getting thin All breath expired is it too late To heal, how long it the night?
It's never over, it's never over And the ribbon was tied the card was never read It's never over, it's never over The ribbon was crimson, the color of the night
Is all I ever see anymore But the day looked so bright (bright) In the pictures, in the photo album that you gave me Is all I have, to live for (live for)
I'm falling down, I'm falling down and you're not there to break my fall I shut my eyes when you're around I hold my breath to kill the sound I'm falling down, I'm falling down and your not here to catch my fall I shut my eyes when you around I hold my breath to kill the sound I'm falling down, I'm falling down And your not here to catch my fall
This song has been on my mind lately. Its A Good Song. By A good Band.
Anyways, i think this is the time to update for yosemite. Which i promised you paul i would ;-).
YOSEMITE- This trip was one of the most memorable and spiritual journeys i have ever took. I overcomed so much and eased at peace up there with nothing in my mind. No thoughts only natural beauty that made me wanna do something with my life. I realize i have to do so much more this year because i think i dissapointed my parents this year in school. I mean i know i am better then the grades i got. And i thought alot alot alot about everything and it just opened up when i was in yosemite. I think it was mainly because i climbed a mountain that was 1010 ft. . .and i am deadly afraid of heights. That was my biggest achievement this summer and i felt like i really proved myself. I did something i orginally did not want to do at all. But i knew if i made it to the top it would reward me with pure beauty. When i reached the top i was just in sudden awe and sat down and i could see so much. I saw my family the little ants on the ground,i saw the meadows, the rivers, the waterfalls, the trees the mountains, snow. SO many POSSIBILITES. i guess...if you do something that you know you are scared of...and you think you might fail it , but you achieve your rewards are so much greater. Never look down on youreslf its okay to be afraid but if you overcome that fear and make it to the top, you get somewhere. You feel acomplished like you did something that really mattered to you. Climbing a simple rock may not sound tedious to some of you, but it truly affected me in ways none of you will ever know. We saw so many animals this trip. Marmets, Snakes( i was swimming and one was next to me), Fawns, Deer ( Doe + Bucks), A 25 pound rabbit we think its a jack rabbit but it was huge and i thought it was a dog. We saw birds of all sort, fish, butterflies and i know there is more i am just not thinking. We unfortunatlydidnt see any bears this trip. We went earlier then we usualy do. So there was still snow and the mosquitos where out. I got bit up pretty bad. Like ahahah all over and when mosuitos bites me i welt up its kinda gross. Im probably semi- allergic my aunt says. I also became alot closer to my aunts and uncles. I felt more of a friend then a little neise.Like we could just joke around i felt so accepted by all of them. I felt so at use i helped out alot up at the campsite and realized how much work it is just to put on a vacation. I have never been on a vacation where you just sit back relax and go out step out on the beach and just not care about anything. We always go on vacations with tons of relatives, tons of chaos, just a whole lot of work for my parents cooking everynight and everything. I tried to help out as much as i could and it was such a privlidge to be introduced to this way of vacationing. My uncle had a talk with me because i said do you like cutting wood. He said no, but do you like the campfire? and i said yes. And we all just have to make sacrifices in our lives to benifit others. He said im doing this for you guys, so you can bring your families up here and share what we all share. Seriously we are a crazy family. I think my aunt made beans or something and we all started farting hahaha we played this game we were all sitting around the campfire and if one person farted the person next to him/her had to fart and if you farted out of turn you loose. hahahhaha kinda gross but still it was funny. Speaking of funny. There is a ranger rick up at Yosemite. Her name is ranger liza. I had to watch her stupid campfire thing and i laughed so hard. She made us sing if your happy and you know it and this tuolmne song that i need to sing to you guys sometime. And farmer brown soemthing or the other. ANd taught us if we are out on the trail and need to make a "deposit" dig a 6-8 inch whole and make your "deposit" then cover up your "deposit" hahahaha it was rather funny. Anyways the first day it was so hot and mosquitos everywhere it was like that for i would say 4 days. We just set up camp on the first day and the second we hiked up to a place we called domenici island. Its our own secret spot that no one is at and we sitt on the rocks and the sand and go through rapids and fish and my uncle payed my brother 5 dollars to flip me over on a raft...hahaha it was fun. I took a ton of pictures. I really like photography and i love capturing amazing shots. My first camera broke so we had to use the old one but it was still just as cool. We hiked this trail glen aulin which ends up to be waterfalls and it was an amazing hike. Thats where i climbed the mountain. The third day we went across the river which was alot of fun and we just layed and soaked in the sunlight. The fourth day we went to tenya lake which was a beautiful lake thatsa the warmest one up there. It had really sandy soft sand and its really shallow so you can walk really far out. The fifth day we went back to glen aulin because more of my relatives came and we wanted to show them the trail and waterfalls. IT began to storm and rain on our way back. Lighting thunder within 4 miles it was so loud and crazy but it was alot of fun . WE got really wet because we werent prepapred. It rained again the next day but we still went up river that was the last day of actually going places. The next day we began packng our wet clothes our wet tent our basically wet everything . We were just thankful that it wasnt raining while we were trying to pack. It was a really fun trip overall. I got a letter from co when i got back which i loved and it took forever to read. Ive been basically just unloading and yesterday we went to laundry matt and it was so hot and dumb and blah i never want to go there again. Im glad to be back in poway but tell me.....WHAT IS UP WITH THIS WEATHER>?? hmm anyways. I have a ton of pictures i took and i will post them soon.
Love, Mon
