[Presenting Yourself To God]
"Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed..."
- 2 Timothy 2:15a
I have a serious question for you. Do you truly try to please God? I do not mean giving Him a little or a lot of yourself, but really living for Him. God opened my eyes to this tonight.
I know that I have not been living my all for Jesus. I have not tried to present myself approvable to God when I should. It also says in The Bible that we should live our lives holy and acceptable for God.
Plus it also says in the verse above, that we are workers. We are workers for and of Jesus Christ and we should by NO means be ashamed. If we are ashamed, His Word says He will then be ashamed of us in Heaven.
So, listen up. Quit living your life in lies! Quit trying to live on your own will! Quit closing the door to rooms in the house of your heart that God wants to clean! Just, let go and let God. Let Him break your life and mold your life into something SPECTACULAR! And always remember that God knows best!!!
