[Fear]
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
- 2 Timothy 1:7
All through the Old Testament and the New Testament, there are many verses/passages talkin about fear and being afraid in our daily lives. This is one of those verses that stuck out to me about fear.
I know that when I go up to witness to someone about Jesus and how He has changed my life or to share just the plain gospel, I get dead-scared. My mind freezes and I forget what to say and what to do. I end up switching the converation topic, because my ignorant fear.
The Devil tries to make us go astray from the Lord by using lots and lots of different obstacles. And one real common tool that he uses to throw at us Christians is fear.
Satan tries to scare us any and every way that he possibly can, but if we rely on the Lord, He is there to give us power, love, and a sound mind. So then what do we have to fear??? (NOTHING!)
God helps us to conquer fear and also to go far beyond what we thought was impossible to overcome. That's because, "anything is possible with God" (Matthew 19:26). Lastly remember this: *God did NOT give us the fear we get inside, but He has given us what we NEED to defeat that of which Satan uses to defeat us.*

Read Matthew 10:27-31. What is Jesus tryin to get across by this message about being scared? Think about verse twenty-eight. Are you strong enough to live what this verse states? If not, put all your faith in Him. Other scriptures:
