Met up with the school counselor today, for the first time.
The session went well, I expected myself to be bawling and crying my eyes out but, I didn't :) I managed to control my emotions and spoke truthfully. And I'm really glad I took the initiative to make a change to my life, my really sad and pathetic life. And yes, I am suffering from mild depression. During the session, Jaime and I spoke about school, exam stress, family, my beloved grandpa who passed away years ago and how a lovely man he was :) Will be seeing Jaime next week :) I hope everything will turn for the better for me beginning now.
