Today's such a sad and lonely day for me.
I had to miss the Blacks game today because I had math tuition from 1:30 to 3:30pm. And that angered me somehow - maybe it's because I've been looking forward to playing touch today; sort of a post-common tests celebration for myself. But no, Mom forced me to get out of bed this morning for tuition. Well then after tuition, instead of going home, I went to Bras Basah Complex to look for books and stationary. I didn't want to see Mom cos I was still angry with her and maybe I just wanted some time alone, just wondering aimlessly around the shopping mall. And I'm glad I did. Looking through all the graphic design books, jewellery making guidebooks and a visit to Artfriend has made me inspired to embark on my own art project. Well I do have several ideas but I haven't had any motivation to realise my dreams so all the scribbles of ideas remain as scribbles in my humble red notebook. Plus I don't have the money to do much - so I always tell myself to put some money into my piggy bank but I always forget to do so. I spent about 3 hours just browsing through Bras Basah Complex. In the end, I bought a highlighter only with salmon-coloured ink - pretty :D
Anyway, yesterday, the class went on a learning journey to the Singapore Arts Museum. Really fun (: And art is really beautiful. Then, Mr Tham treated us to Thai Express! I had yummy BUT ULTRA SPICY green curry crayfish laksa. It sort of burned my tongue and throat but I really enjoyed it. Then I went back to school for training while some of the others went to catch Mr Bean's Holiday -.- I really wanted to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! But oh well.
