Congratulations Italy & France for making it to the World Cup 2006 Finals.
Last night, I went to bed at 10:30pm, set the alarm to 2:40am. And I slept in my Number 17 Portugal jersey. I love that jersey. C. Ronaldo (: Once the alarm rang, I woke up. Turned on the TV and called Ming. Promised her that I'd give her a wake up call in time for the game. She answered after three rings -
Well Portugal lost to France 0-1. Zizou scored the winning goal in the 33rd minute - it was a penalty. Ricardo ALMOST managed to block the penalty but oh well. I'm no Portugeuese - but I cried when they lost. (how embarrassing is this?) Started crying in the last 5 minutes of the match. All hope was lost. Surprise goals are rare. When the whistled was blown, I felt deeply upset seeing Cristiano Ronaldo all teary-eyed and Maniche squatting on the field looking stone. But it was really heart warming seeing Figo and Zidane exchange jerseys. They hugged and shared a few words. Both Figo and Zidane inspire me alot. They're really great leaders and captains of their respective teams. And I aspire to be just like them, but not as old as them yet! 33 years old! :X HEHE.

I'm no longer sad now that Portugal lost. I'm actually VERY VERY SUPER UBER PROUD of them. Especially Figo, Maniche, Ricardo, Miguel and C.Ronaldo. Pauleta and Deco were very disappointing during the match though. I expected Magico Deco to be the play maker - but somehow, he didn't motivate the team's play much. Pauleta - NO COMMENTS. Well, but still, I'm REALLY PROUD of Portugal, I MEAN THEY'RE IN THE TOP 4! & hopefully in the TOP 3 after they beat Germany. ;) They haven't gotten THIS far since 1966. Haha I can't really express how much I love them. ALL THE BEST, FORZA PORTUGAL! x
Anyway, I got back my Chem and Physics exam papers today.
I scored a U grade for both. U for UNGRADED. It's really bad. It's worse than fail. :X
Mom's gonna KILL ME.
