Okay. An actual update so you guys can see that I really can update. I've been kinda slackin' on it but I've just been too busy. I hope you guys caught the special edition of spring Break on MTV. Tyrese and I had a lot of fun doing that. It's already aired a few times but they love to repeat it like, every day. We've both been doing a lot of shows and publicity stints to promote the movie. Man. And it wears you out. It's cool though. I hope it's all worth it. Which, by the way, they've got me on the cover of Teen People. I still can't grasp the concept of my being on any magazine or big screen period. Oh well. Better to keep both feet on the ground that way.

And yeah. I decided to drop out of the running for the Superman movie. I've got too much on my hands already with Heart of a Soldier set to start shooting this summer. Or maybe having to wear those tight pantyhose or whatever just scared me away...? :: Laughs.:: Yeah. I kinda have issues with having all my stuff hangin' out.

Damn. I wrote more than I thought I would. Okay. Time to wrap it up. I'm damn tired and I gotta get up early as hell for my morning swim. Ali, you're the Icon Guru. Jess seems to.. love my pants..? :: Laughs.:: And JB, is off somewhere...? I'm outta here. 'Night.

Man. I feel like I haven't updated in forever. I've been swamped with work this whole week and I haven't been able to talk to anyone hardly. Sorry 'bout that. But hopefully things might slow down a bit and I can catch up with you guys. Everything is just becoming so hectic as time gets closer for opening night. I tend to forget how crazy and out-of-hand the media can get.

Yes, I'm still alive. Had to dip out of town for a few days for a car expo that was goin' on in Miami. Awesome as hell. I was tempted to buy out one of the Hemi Challengers up for grabs, but I think I'll stick it out and wait to get my bike.

Time for the official update. Can't put it off any longer.

I was gone for some time, I know. And I know that by just up and disappearing, I've hurt a lot of people. I gotta first say that I didn't mean for things to happen that way, but they did. I know more than anyone, Ali deserves an explanation for eveything I've put her through.. and I will definitely give it to you.. but only you. I just don't feel like I need to share something so personal that has happened with everyone. I like to keep certain things pretty private that happen in my life. So basically what it comes down to is.. I'm sorry. I can't say it enough and I can't tell you how much I truly mean that. I'm sorry to everyone I put through this and most of all to Ali. You deserve so much more and I hope you have finally found it.

Okay. With that said, I'm off to the studio. I hope to get home at a decent hour tonight. I'm tired as hell.
