We got up to 110 degrees yesterday. Today is somewhere between 108 - 111. It has never happened where we have had our first 100 degree day and our first 110 degree day of the year back to back like this. YAY US!!....or not.
Coast to Coast had a very interesting show on last night. It dealt primarily with angels & similar entities. I spent most of the evening (morning) feeling like I had an energy recharge after listening to that.

The Jim Bohannon show topic was "What's in a name". The discussion was about people with unusual names & why parents would be so mean to their children by giving them such names. There have been shows on this subject before & it makes me glad my parents weren't that dippy and / or "creative".
There was a woman whose last name was "ROYD". Her parents gave her the name "EMMA". There was a caller who was one of 17 children. His parents gave all their children the names of Greek gods. The caller's name was "ATLAS". It DOES take all kinds to make a world, doesn't it???
*shakes head in dismay*
Anyhoot, that's what was going on with me last night. I even had an alarm call to deal with & my shift report got to 2 pages for the first time at this site. I'm sure my semi-delightful Branch Manager will be impressed.
