3:48PM - On the Radio.....

For the last 2 nights, the radio has been doing a fairly good job of keeping me awake (except for the commercials). Two nights ago, the subject on Coast to Coast AM was an old favorite of mine: REINCARNATION. The guest was talking primarily about children around 3 - 4 years old talking about who they used to be before they died - and the information being able to be verified that the earlier person actually existed. I often wish I knew more about who I used to be (if indeed I did). They say also that the people you develop strong connections with have been with you in other lifetimes as well & we just keep following each other around over the centuries because we enjoy each other's company so much. I need to find my regression CD again & listen to it some more....just not sure which box it's in.

Last night (actually it was this morning), a segment aired called "Six Word Memoirs". The idea is to tell the story of you / your life in only 6 words. They gave some examples, but I don't remember them. I think one might have been "I Really Should Have Said No".
In my case....The first thing that popped into my otherwise cavernous cranium was "Never quite good enough for myself". This is because I tend to be very self-critical.

Looooooooove the radio!

6:43PM

I see the Olympic Torch survived its journey through San Francisco. I can't see why so many people want to cause harm to the poor innocent thing. The Olympic Games....and the country of China are NOT the same thing. If these misguided protesters want to attack something, go hunt down those who awarded the Games to China in the first place & have at it. The Olympics is an athletic competition involving as many of this world's countries as can show up. It's supposed to bring people together.

Yes, the government of China is not exactly a wonderful thing & I doubt many crocodile tears would be shed if they would be replaced tomorrow by a democracy or at least an entity that can play nice with others & not treat her citizens (and those of Tibet) as badly as China does.

The Games should be promoted. Nothing else.

Russia 1980 Part II ??
