I was randomly surfing the internet for a very long time this evening, and I saw this on 'The Customer is Not Always Right' blog. I had to post it, given how hilarious it was.
There are two local businesses with very similar phone numbers.
Support person: “Thank you for calling. How may I help you?”
Customer: “How much for my daughter?”
Support person: “Um…”
Customer: “She’s 16. It’s her first time. She needs training.”
Support person:“Sir, I think you want the driving school.”
Customer: “Oh, what do you guys do?”
Support person: “Adult websites.”
Customer: “Oh…OH! Oh my God!”
In completely, non-related news, a 1 gig download takes over an hour and thirty minutes to complete on a 5 MB/s connection.
