Apparently, a long, intense, video shoot with a hand-held camera + a somewhat healing shoulder injury that's less than two weeks old = pain down my entire left arm.
That fact is a little disconcerting, but perhaps that's only because I just spent the last hour watching House. Watching House tends to do that. Which leaves me wondering if I pulled a muscle, pinched a nerve, or if I've developed a degenerative disease that will lead to an eventual amputation of the affected arm. Okay, I'm not really wondering the latter. I'm just being sarcastic. Watching House tends to do that too.
Now where's that damn ice pack?
