I went to a crawfish broil earlier today, indulging the inner!Cajun that I really don't think I had to begin with. The crawfish was good, even though it's an awful lot of work for one tiny piece of seafood inside. And it wasn't nearly as spicy as I thought it would be. All in all, pretty good.
Though, I think it was a lot more fun to watch the kids play with their food.
As in, play with their food while it was still alive - poking it with sticks, trying to get them to race along the grass. I know they were contemplating what would happen if they put them in the pool.
Far more amusing than my never-ending battles with the all-mighty technology god - I managed to one-up him by finally making my word documents open in word instead of internet explorer. He, however, one-upped me by causing the entire system to crash when I opened power point presentation I was reviewing. Twice. And then a third time just for kicks.
Yes... I had better luck cracking open the crawfish.
