: And the official Vacation Countdown has begun!
In exactly one week, I will be enjoying myself in Seattle, Washington! And I just can't wait!
I'm trying to make a list of things I need to see while I'm there. There's Sakura-con, of course! But before that, I have an entire day to explore the city and see/do as much as I possibly can. And I don't want to leave anything out:
- See a Mountain (no, I don't get out of Texas much... Can you tell?)
- Pike’s Market (I want to see them throw the fish!)
- Go up on the Space Needle, or at least see it from the outside.
- See the Original Starbucks, and not order any coffee. (but maybe a lemon bar...)
- Find Bruce Lee’s Grave in Lakeview Cemetery
- Shop at Uwajimaya, in the International District (and try not to bring home more than I can stuff back in a suitcase... or things too sharp to carry on an airplane.)
- Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame (if there's time)
Any other ideas?
