Why do you have to be so Difficult
So, I have this friend and her son moved out of her rent house and now she has this couch, loveseat and Chair that she had mentioned that she wanted to get ridd of, well being that I have no decent furniture in my house because the F--King Dog decided to use it as his scratching post and continues to do so, I mentioned to her that I would like to buy it. $100.00 for 3 peices, hell yah I'll take it, besides I swore that I wouldn't buy anything new until that dog dies, because all he will due is tear the new shit up. So, then I had to tell the hubby, what I was planning...
His responce, what does it look like, will it match the livingroom, what shape is it in? thinking to myself, (I say, who gives a shit what color, or condition it is in, it will be better then what we have.) I explain that it is a dark blue, and needs to be cleaned or the way she put it, you will need to take a vacuum to it. Then I tell him we or I will drive down to her place, which is about 45 minutes to an hour away to look at it to see if it is worth buying, which was my friends suggestion anyway, she is afraid that I won't like it.
He then starts telling me, can't we just look into furniture at that place you saw before (Jarvis Furniture), I told him that each piece will cost $399.00 and that I didn't want ot buy brand new anyway, because All Rip was going to do is tear the next set up. so he goes on to say, well it is going to cost $50 in gas to get there, and if we go down, then he will not waste time to look at it, we will buy it if we go down.
Why can't he be happy that I have found these and they are cheap. Why, Why, Why? |
