dad's coming
My dad is driving to come and see us right now, I haven't seen him in about a year, this should be good. He has never seen our new home and I am excited. I tried to clean house yesterday and my oldest make some cheesecake bars for him, I think we all are glad to see him.
Diet and exercise - I talked to a co-worker about hydroxycut and she said it is working wonders for her, I was going to buy some today, but the pharmacist said it wasn't a good idea, so I will talk to the doc about something that will work with the meds I'm taking. I want to lose weight and I want to do it now. I am tried of feeeling so fat. But there again that is the story of my life.
I think today will be the first day we turn on the AC, I don't want to because my bill will go up so much.
