I am glad these guys had some sence knocked into them.
Basically i think that the court saved face for the stewarts, hence they fined him with US$50000.
The penalty was way harsh on him, as he didnt make any sudden moves and he has no way to know that Kimi was on the oustside.
Justice is done.
