live run @ east coast park
what a day today .... after the morning session at the changi rise condo with the rest of the guys we had lunch @the seoul garden .!!!! knowing that we are going to run 12km today we still "hao lian" eat like one fucking hardgay pig and almost died during the run !!!! pain ,almost vomit ,bloated , urgent, stomachache , all kind of illness just came .... so half way at the 6km turning point we u-turn and manage to complete 6km today what a joke!!!!! laughing and joking all the way .... hmmmm next time i think better not have heavy lunch before any run ...@#$%^#&#% personnel involve mike,neo,eng,jasvinda and me!!!! hahahhahahah... cause only 5 of us running the rest except neo and hoon is absent.... so how's your day | | Tuesday, July 11th, 2006 | | 6:59 pm |
