Current Site Impairment Issues
Blurty is going through a special time in her life, where useful properly
functioning bits of data are coming from inside her server, outside, through
an opening between her heatsinks. You may notice some changes in the way
Blurty appears and behaves during this time. For instance, you may notice
that Blurty:
- Has difficulty allowing you to log on.
- Will not upload or display some user pictures.
- May not allow you to validate or re-validate, or send other automated
email messages.
- May display odd looking error messages, such as:

- In general seems to be really annoyed at the world right now.
Unfortunately, while the hard-working Blurty engineers are attempting to get
everything back to normal as soon as possible, and shave any excess hair
from the exhaust fans, it may take some time for these problems to resolve.
Once everything is working again, another post will appear on this very page
(we swear!) to let you know.
Until that time, please do not open any Support tickets regarding technical
issues, as it is almost certain that they are being caused by Blurty's
"changes". Currently, Support volunteers are being swamped with questions
about the current issues, and they have no more information than what is
contained in this post. This is the place to look for any further updated
information, so please do leave the board for other issues. Note that
posting a Support request asking "So what's REALLY going on?", "WHEN WILL
DIS BE BACK UP?!?!!!!111one", etc, may cause liver spots, penis shrinkage,
narcolepsy, or Rosie O'Donell Syndrome.
