Goldie's Blurty

I need the smell of summer. I need its noises in my ears.
I haven't written on here in awhile b/c I haven't been on the computer much these days. I'm at work right now. I was here at 7:45 am. Yuck. Atleast I am only staying till 3. Then next weekend I'm not even here b/c Lana and I are going to Orlando to see Ashlee Simpson!!!! AHHHHH YEAH! I'll bring y'all back a shirt. Hehe. I think we're gonna try to swing by Sea World before we pack it up to come home.

So, my b-day was last Saturday and boy did I have fun! Angelo couldn't go out on Saturday, so he took me out on Friday. We went on the Ocean Jewel which is a casino boat out of St. Pete. We had so much fun! I was way up during my very first game!!! Yeah, beginner's luck. Then I was down...way down! But by the end of the "night" I broke even. I say night, but really it was early morning. I got home at 6 am...and we started at 8pm Friday night. Haha. We rock. I love that boy. He's so great. Saturday went out to dinner at Carraba's (sp), not Bennigan's as originally planned, but it was yummy! I had never been there before. Much better than Macaroni Grill!!!! Presents: I got a card from Aunt Gail (*she must feel guilty about Maw Maw b/c she rarely sends me cards*), a call from Aunt Sherri (*She hasn't talked to our family for 10 years until Maw Maw got sick!*), Tanya and Kerri gave me a shirt & candy & a gift certificate to Borders (*which I spent last night on "Frankenstein" on DVD*), Susanne gave me a candle, Mom gave me the 3 color pearl necklace I wanted and bought the matching earrings too & we went to the Princess Diana exhibit in St.Pete and had lunch, Gary took me out to dinner and bought me roses.

Not much else to report. Gary left for Bahrain yesterday and I am beside myself. He'll be back on the 20th, (not as bad as the first year we dated and he was gone for over a month!). Better get to work b/c Susanne will be here soon. Damn. I hate Skinz. Have a good day!!!
