| 1:40 am | Day After Birthday Update... Tonight was game night as well as my birthday. I spent the 11th and 12th over at my younger sister's place with our grandmother and mother who had come down for mine and my Mom's birthdays (and mother's day). Mom's birthday is the 12th of May. All of us; Stephanie, the baby, (Gavin), Nathan, Grandma, Mom and I, went clothes shopping the other day on Mom's birthday and I got two new pairs of jeans and a few pretty different color tank tops for summer (I was in a pastel mood for some reason, which made my grandma's day since she can't stand it when I am in an all-black clothing mood), some really cute undies with different patterens on them, too. One pair is dark blue with silvery shiny shooting stars and yellow half-moons all over them. Then, the next day, we all when to Walmart where Stephanie bought me a new drawing pad and some pencils. Mom had bought me a bunch of new double-ended colored markers, different colored fine-point sharpies, an assortment of metallic gel pens and a bunch of different colored metallic rubber-stamping pens for artwork. At Walmart Grandma bought me a queen sized egg-crate foam pad for mine and Shawn's bed, (I tried it out, boy, is it ever comfy!) and took just me, by myself, food shooping at Rainbow Foods for Shawn and I. But, I saved the best for last! Hehe. Shawn got me a pc cam/digital camera! It's soooo cool! I can't wait to take it over to Steph and Nate's and take a bunch of pictures of my nephew! I also can't wait to take it over to Shawn's parent's house and take a crapload of pictures of his nephew's; Sahvere, as well! I am so happy to have it, I can't tell you how cool it is! Very, very, very cool! Hehe! Well, it's been a loooong day...actually, looking at the clock, it's already tomorrow, so I need to be getting to sleep here soon. I've had a good one! | 12:15 am | Uugh....aol... I am over at my younger sister, Stephanie's and her fiance; Nathan's house right now using her computer. She has aol and it's such a pain. Too many things pop up all the time when I log in and if I go to a new webpage; ect. I don't know how she abides it. I was watching television, but Grandma is sleeping on one of the two sofa's (mom is on the other one) and she said she couldn't sleep if the t.v. was on even if it's turned down really low so I decided to go online for a bit before I got to sleep. I talked to my little brother; Robert, a few hours ago on AIM, his handle is Eore1977, about this and that. I was suppose to I.M. him later on tonight but that was when I thought I was going to be home on my own computer. I don't like talking on AIM on Steph's computer cause she keeps the font so small I can hardly read it. I guess tomorrow we are going out for dinner, I'm not sure where yet, and shopping for me to get a new outfit or something. Should be fun. :) Namekian Slave Girl, ~Ami |

Someone sent me this via email and it was kinda funny so I thought I'd share: *** LIFESAVERS *** A college professor was doing a study testing the senses of first graders, using a bowl of lifesavers. He gave all the children the same kind of lifesavers, one at a time, and asked them to identify them by color and flavor. The children began to say: "Red............cherry," "Yellow.........lemon," "Green...........lime," "Orange........orange. "Finally the professor gave them all honey lifesavers. After eating them for a few moments none of the children could identify the taste. "Well," he said "I'll give you all a clue, It's what your mother may sometimes call your father." | 12:40 am | Ya can't beat free stuff! On the way home from Mandie's a few nights ago I passed by this lady's apartment and she was taking this huge cardboard box out to the dumpster and she stopped me and asked if I wanted any free clothing since she was just going to throw it away anyway and I said; "Sure!" Since it was dark, I didn't look at what was inside the big cardboard box til I got it home, but when I looked inside I saw that there were all these very nicely folded and washed clothing, mostly stuff of a very petite elderly woman (you know, blouses with shoulder pads and slacks with the pleated legs...outfits "grandmas" wear. But, there were a few other types of clothing in there too. So, what I did was seperate the clothing into piles according to whoever I knew that would like what and could fit into what. (You know those plastic gorchery bags you get from the supermarket?) Anyway, I ended up with three of plastic gorchery bags (since I put them into seperate ones) of clothings for Mandie's grandmother Nadine, since she is the only very petite eldery woman I know who would like those clothes. For Grandma and Mom I put all the clothes that were in the box that I thought they would like into two seperate bags but I figure I tell them they have to figure out which of them gets what since they have such similar taste. Hehe. Since Mandie loves those hospital scubs that they always give her when she's in the hospital for her liver or whatever, when I saw a whole bunch in with the rest of the clothes I put them aside for her. (I was gonna keep them for myself but they were too small for me, but just right for her) Oh, Mother's Day, yes, My Mom's a nurse you know and she's been in need for some new nursing uniforms to wear to work since she's tired of her old ones. Well, it's so cool cause also in that same box of clothing were several very nice salmon colored nurning smocks and shirts and one baby blue colored smock. Oh and pair of drawstring nursing pants in salmon. So that's basically gonna be my Mother's Day-slash-Mon's birthday gift from me. (Hey, the uniforms look brand new!) Oh, and the other stuff, the clothes I picked out and seperated for Grandma are gonna be my Mother's Day gift for her, as well. :) I also dropped of a nice tan colored long (feels like wool, but it's probably not) coat for Corrie, since I know how much she loves coats, along with a groovy lookin' plaid poncho-type coat with matching belt for her as well. I think I gave her a salmon colored cotton lounge-around-the-house-but-still-look-l I walked up to Munchkin the other day to take the coats and dress to her, but according to Nathan I had just missed her by ten minutes! So, on the way back I met Shawn going to pick up his perscription and we drove over to Corrie and Mike's so I could give her the stuff, but she wasn't home so we just asked Mike's Mom to make sure Corrie gets the coats and dress when she gets home. *thinking to herself* I wonder if she'll like them....? | 11:04 pm | Shoobie Doobie Dooo (I just couldn't think of a subect line.) Yep, lots of laundry to do. It tends to pile up real fast, huh? Not much has been happening, my Mom and Grandma will be coming up to Spokane for my Mom's and my birthdays. We are going to Country Home Buffet for dinner on either the 12th or 13th. I just want a new drawing tablet and some pencils with fairly good erasers for my birthday. Kinda suchs having to resort to trying to draw in spiral notebook paper! Haha! Oh, something kinda funny; Mandie told me that her new boyfriend Jamie actually believes very strongly that if a guy masturbates often enough his penis will get bigger and she told me he thinks that getting a blow job is like a penis pump. She told me that he calls masturbation "Excerise". lol. All I can say about the guy is; He's nice but clueless...but he thinks everyone else is clueless around him. lol. The funny thing is she's tried to tell him what's true and what's not, but apparently he can't be wrong...about anything. Hmm...now that I think about it maybe he IS a good match for her! haha! Well, I am tired and I have to do laundry so I am gonna end this update. :) ~Ami |
