whewww.... it's been hectic these past days...
finally got to pass up certain assignments worth HALF the freaking module marks...damn..it's like ur no longer carrying a mountain behind ya... =D
Newsflash: Sixers in Playoffs!!!! Everyone will be awed at the Allen Iverson Show...oh and Iggy too..=D damn, i so wish i was in Philadelphia with courtside tickets to the games...hmm...now where to find the cash to finance this...crap...
Well, seems i won't be going to join my friends for their Eurotrip...*sigh* It's all about finances and my parents estimate it's gonna be too costly for me to extend my stay here over the summer break... though they gave an alternative...just visit a single place for a few days... i dunno.currently with all the work and the exams looming, i'm not exactly in a vacation kind of mood...but ya, travel needs lots of work...esp. with visa crap and all...pffft...we'll see...i do want to drop by scotland first b4 going back...who knows...i might see nessie..haha
so assuming i dun get chosen for the fund raising thingy in which the interview is next week....i'll be saying Hello Singapore very soon. =D yup, miss home, miss everyone..especially my siblings...
my mom has a wealth of contacts...so she was thinking to ask around her contacts in phil. if i could do some intern job in Manila!!! or maybe cebu over the summer break...just for 2 months...say July-august... hope she manages to find one. if it was in manila, i dun think i can find my way around easily...i'll be needing maps and all... well, at least it's easier to ask people round since they speak the bloody language... and it doesn't hurt to have relatives and some friends there too. bah! did i mention some of my grade school pals have like graduated and are working...holy shit...feel so left out...well, that's what u get for moving around too much and having different school systems.
speaking of moving around...it seems to be a self-fulfilling prophecy. we can't stay in one place for a very long time! Max is like 3 years... let's have a brief history...and all this moving around is thanks to mummy dear...yup, her career brings us everywhere.
1) Manila= grade 5-6 (2 years)
2) Went to Cebu cuz the company set up a plant or somethin.... so we all moved...and at the last minute...the proposal went down....and so she found other job instead.
Cebu (3 years) good ol' boys school.
3) Then an offer comes to her....This time Penang....Next thing i know...i'll be missing out final year of High School. *sigh* I could have probably stayed on in Cebu but i guess it wasn't meant to be...Hello Penang.
4) (2 years) in Penang. International school for a year was a blast. Pre-univ course began.
5) Another offer from another MNC comes... Goodbye Penang...Hello Singapore.
We're approching nearly 2 years there... and bam...a transfer seems to be on a horizon....the place is....
*though of course...i won't be transferring there...i'm gonna finish my course in KL...Just the rest of the family...damn, why must it be so far? soon, i can't even visit them monthly...be all alone...just like here...*sigh* A part of me wishes we stay in singapore...a part of me says it's another great moment for my mom's career...and maybe a change is good....aaargh.... i dun really know what to think. someone shoot me. *
