i woke up pleasantly early today, giving me enough time to shower and hang around, writing the paragraph i was supposed to write for today's class, and generally absorbing the morning-vibes, which are my favourite kind of vibes, when you can take 'em slow and easy.
it's a cool, rainy day, which i love. it makes me want to climb into sweaters and corduroy pants in a major way, but the only pair of cords i've got at the moment are pathetically threadbare, worn to shreds, covered in paint-spatters and patched in spots. i want nothing more than to go and get new cords, but --- nobody has them!!!!! it's shocking! usually, come fall-time, every store is awash in cords, but this year, apparently they just don't exist. SAD!
dear pants-fairies and rulers of pants-wishes, please let me find at least one pair this week, preferably that fit well enough and don't make me look fat(ter). yeesh.

oh my gad, i feel so fat, it's driving me insane... arrghgghghgh!!!! i'm so upset, as much as i don't want to be. i know i'm trying now, which is the important part. but still. losing about 10 lbs in the next 5 minutes would do me a world of good, ha ha.
later today i have a power yoga class.. that should make me feel a bit better, but still.. ugh. i want this belly gone NOW. not to mention all the other parts, but my belly is horrible. one big meal and it sticks out, and it stays stuck out, and just gets bigger. disgusting!
new rule: no more going back for seconds. just eat more slowly. (b. always, always goes back for seconds and thirds. his habits are too catching. i need to just take longer to eat, so that i only have one serving. simple.. )
i have a show to play tomorrow. good thing my belly is HUGE >:(

i've gotten this newfangled journal, because i wanted my entries to be seen by understanding eyes only, and there were so many many many public ones, i couldn't possibly have edited them all to "friends only" status.
anyway. i may have a new name, but i remain yours, all mumbles and jumbles, jumbly and mumbly, just as before.
please add me again if you would like to. this time around, i might just keep everything protected.. at least for awhile.
