Aloha. Today was orientation at school. That was lots of fun. I got my schedule. Thank GAWD I have easy stuff this semester. I have only first period (band) at the main campus. My 2 - 4 periods are all at Curtright, BUUUTTTT as a senior privilege we get to drive between the campuses (campi?). That's cool cuz then I can eat lunch at the main campus if I want in the new cafeteria. I have (in this order): Band, DCT I, Spanish II, then TV Production III. Easy stuff. It'll be a breeze. Very excited now. Nicole and I will prolly make (or try to) "Senior" shirts, since apparently all the class of 2005 people are planning to wear them on Friday. Nicole and I both have Band and TV 3 together, so that's cool that we'll have the start of the day and the end of the day together, so we can catch-up and stuff. Last night me & Styria (Felicia) went to The Groove. Maddd fun. The one guy from work, Kenneth, called in yesterday and had another guy (Bryan) cover his shift, but he surely was gettin his Groove on. I can't wait to mess w/him about that. He was probably freakin out thinkin I'll talk about it in front of people who knew he called in. Jennifer and Sara couldn't go, but it was okay. Felicia went on the stage a couple times to "get Styria's jook on", but I was actually okay by myself. I just stayed on the upper level (so I could watch her) and jooked solo. I had fun. There was this guy that Felicia kept dancing with. He was really cool. They looked really good grinding together. He asked Felicia if I was her brother. He said he "can see the resemblence".... Kinda funny, cuz we surely can't.... I got a little lost on the way there, and also on the way back, but all I did both times was turn prematurely, so I was able to get back on track; no biggie. School is gonna be kinda stupid though since there's so much construction. That's why most of my stuff is at Curtright. I don't mind that though, especially since all my stuff is right near each other. I just hope I don't get stuck in classes with people I absolutely hate, and it would be just my luck that that will definitely happen. Greaattt.... Well I guess I'ma go now. I need to vacuum the house and try to decide what I want my senior shirt to look like (cuz it can't be tacky). XOXO Blake |
