1:51 pm - Life Can Be Unfair, but I'll Try To Find a Silver Lining

About yesterdays volleyball tournament- One word: Horrible.
It really did not go well at all. Not only did we lose all of our matches, but I barely got any playing time at all. It was terribly unfair because when I did get subbed in, I played great. Not to brag.
It was just awful. I felt like quitting.
Then, today, someone who shall remain nameless made a rude comment directed towards me. Although it was unintentional, it was still rude nonetheless. Many other things have happened to me recently that haven't had a good impact on my life, but I won't go into that.
The skies have been grey & cloudy lately. My mind is racing & is full of rare negativity. At this point I can't tell if the sky will become clearer anytime soon, but one thing I am certain of. The cloads will eventually float away & the sky will be blue again. Looking out of my window, I can see the sun beginning to peek thru the heavy clouds & the sky lightening up. I think I'll go for a bike ride to bring my optimism back.

So, yeah! This is my first-ever blog. Pretty exciting. I guess its mainly for me, since who would want to read it? But if you'd for some reason like to read it, go right ahead.
Anyway, in a few hours I have a volleyball tournament to partake in. I'm a bit nervous about that, but I know being nervous isn't going to do a thing except make me play worse, so I'll try to rid the nervousness & get myself stoked to play. & Now its time to get ready, so I'll update this later on how it went.
