Hello all. Well a lot has happened since I have been by my Aunt Shirley's house on the South Side. I've meet 5 new people and they all totally rock. I met this lady named Carol who works with my Aunt and I met her daughter Laura (and her friend Trisha, who are both 30), and her son Greg (and his friend Chris). Well on Wensday, I went to work with my Aunt and Greg and his friend Chris (who are both 22) were coming to pick me up. Before they came Carol was like, "If you think my son is ugly you can always put a paper bag over his head". I started laughing so hard. But then she found a picture of him and I was like "He ain't ugly AT ALL!" He is so good lookin if you ask me. So Greg and Chris come to pick me up. His mom Carol introduces us and Greg smiled and said "nice to meet you". For some reason his mom thought I was from California, so the boys figured they would show me around to some cool shops on belmont and halsted. I told em that I'm not from California, that I just came from Arizona, but I am VERY familiar with that area around Belmont and Halsted because I live on Belmont and California. They started laughing and Greg was like "What the hell was my mom thinking?!" Greg and Chris are big metal heads and are in a metal band but you wouldn't know it because they dress all non-metalish. After going shopping, I was the only one who bought anything but that is okay. Greg and Chris were mad cause Metal Haven had like nothing in stock. So then Greg and Chris dropped me off at my Aunt Shirley's work and before they left, I shook Greg's hand and he said "It was nice meeting you, I will talk to you later, ok?" I was like alright and smiled. And then I shook Chris's hand and he said nice meeting you and they left. Then on Thursday, I went to Laura's work and Greg and his friends came in. I think Greg was shocked to see me there but he was like "Hey! How are you doing?" And I was like I'm okay, then I walked away while Laura took some pictures of them. I didn't want to be in the pictures with them because all of sudden,. I became shy so I just walked around the store. After that, I went to Laura's house and she dyed mine and Trisha's hair. My hair is now a reddish-brown and in the sun you can tell it is red but when ur not in the sun it looks black, so it is toally cool. Damn I sound like a valley girl. lol. So I hung out with Laura and Trisha till midnight. Yesterday, I wen to Oakbrook mall with Laura and Trisha. We spent an hour in the crappy Express because they didn't have any clothes that were in Laura's size and me n Trisha were making fun of how ridiculous the clothes looked. Then we went into Lucky Brand and then headed to a restuarant called Wildfire and waited for an hour and a half to be seated. Wildfire is a pretty nice place. It has a 1930's-1940's jazz club theme to it. After that we went to Borders and droped some money there. I got a book called "Mafia Marriage". Gotta love the true stories of mafia wives and what happens in their life. I started reading it last night and it is pretty good so far. After Borders, Trisha and Laura dropped me off and Laura said that I am invited to her b-day party which is gonna be in a few weeks and I told her that I will be there. I gotta give her a thank you card and maybe a Marylin Monroe picture (one that she doesn't have already). Her apartment is so cool cause she has these vintage stuff all around. She said if it was up to her, she would wear clothes from the 1940's everyday. I was like me too! so we had a connection of loving vintage stuff. She says I'm like the little sister she never had and I told her she's like the big sister I never had. lol. All in all they are awesome people and I think Greg sees me as a little kid or something, who knows but that is the vibe I get from him. I don't think he would want to hang out with me aghain though, maybe I was boring for him, but you never know, maybe he liked hanging out with me. Who the hell knows. Anyways, I'm going to get going. See ya.
