11:00AM - Classes
Diffierential Equations suck....or at least the grader for my class does. I just think that is rediculuous when if you don't have exactly the same thing down to the constant name that the prof does that you get points taken off. The grader seriously took points off cause I named the final constant C not K, not to mention that I had defined the constant all the way through.

1:33PM - Tuesdays...
I really don't like tuesdays. Today hasn't necessarily been the best day in the world. It started with me getting up and hour earlier than I needed to and then trying to go to class and hour early. I mean, I really don't hate my DiffyQ class, but I don't like it well enough to want an extra hour of it. I also learned that my German pronunciation is a whole lot rustier than I thought it was. My voice lesson did not go well in that respect. Choir was good though...the one thing that has gone off without a hitch today. I get to go to Digital Logic lab here in another 10 min or so. We are using Mentor Graphics for the first time today, so it promises to be an interesting lab, especially since it is in the Sun Microsystems lab and Lunix hates me. Well, I should get my stuff together.

9:49AM - Tuesday...
I was looking at my journal and realized that I really have more quizes in here than anything else...well here I go at trying to keep a journal again...
I am going to hate tuesdays. I start at 10:10 (which is a plus) but then go basically straight through till 4:30 (well, I have a half hour for lunch and to get my lab kit). I start out with Differential Equations, then go to my voice lesson, then choir. Then I have a 1/2 hour for lunch and to get my stuff for lab; then I go to my two and a half hour EE lab. And then I get to do homework. I believe that last week I got more homework then I had in the entire first month of last year. I should now go finsh getting ready for this wonderful day.

11:07PM - Third Day of Classes
Today wasn't too bad over all. It was the third day of my first semester Sophomore year as an Electrical Engineering major. I really didn't have classses today, I just had choir and then Linear Circuit Theory. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow. My 8:00am class is JAVA programming, which I have heard can be a real bitch to learn. I'm not too worried about my Differential Equations class, it shouldn't be too bad as long as I keep up with it. Computational Techniques shouldn't be too bad except for the professor doesn't ever cut anyone any slack, and grades like there is no tomorrow. I'm excited to learn what PSpice is really good for, but I totally hate Matlab, so that is the one downside to that class. Digital Systems Design should be fun. The professor is great, everyone loves him and says great things about the way that he teaches, so I'm really looking forward to that class. Linear Circuit Theory shouldn't be too bad. THe prof gives really good notes, so that helps out tuns. My Schedule actually is:

7:28PM - Finally
Well, I have finally gotten moved into my dorm. I'm really excited and happy to get away from home and out on my own again. Things have been seeming to get really stressful at home with all the stuff about Sarah & Matt getting married. Who knows if that is still even going to happen. Mom didn't really want to let me go when she and dad left. She knows that I am going to be fine, I love being at school and being on my own; it is so much better than living at home all the time. I'm not sure about what I would have done if I had to be there too much longer with thing the way that they are.
Well, I should really get back to unpacking.

My sister finally got engaged yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm soo happy for her. She and her boyfriend have been together for almost 4 years now. I'm soo happy for them. The wedding wil prolly be next August...yeah....

8:51PM - Another Try
I'm never very good about doing this journal thing and consistently keeping up with it, but I decided that I would try again.

I'm glad that tomorrow is a holiday, especially b/c then I don't have to go to class. I know that I am only doing the summer classes thing b/c I don't have time for chem courses during the normal semesters, but I do get really tired of driving a half hour every morning. I find it very interesting that it seems like everyone else in the class is so much older than I am. They all seem to get trashed at least 3 nights a week, and then here is me the 19 yr. old sophomore who doesn't really party and I have trouble coming up w/ things to talk about w/ these people. I know that it doesn't really matter b/c I prolly won't ever see them again, but it is kinda annoying.
Reah told mom on Sunday that Andrew was looking for someone to go out to concerts w/ and that kind of stuff, and that she was going to recomend me to him for someone to ask. That is totally cool with me; I would love to go out with him to stuff, especially since neither of us are really looking for a serious relationship right now. I could not believe that mom told Reah that I didn't think that I would ever get married!! I never said that! I did say that I didn't think that I would get married anytime soon, especially if I do go to medical school. Aren't mothers wonderful :).

4:21PM - Finals
Classes are done, YEAH. 3:00pm yesterday was my last class of my freshman year (at least it was Calc and not Physics, so we did have some fun). Now I have the wonders of finals...yeah, I'm so excited. Finals techinically start tomorrow, but I don't have one till Friday... Core and Physics on Friday, then Calc on Monday. tomorrow I am just going to take my novels from Core and sell them back at the bookstore...I'll prolly only get like $2.00 per book back if I'm lucky, but I don't want to haul them home with me. Mom and Dad are comming up Sunday to take most of my stuff home w/ them...The I have to do room check out at 10:30 on Monday, which is really wonderful since my final goes till 10:00. But I can't wait to get home and get my room put back together (and get all of my sisters CRAP out of my room). The only thing that stinks is that my Chem class is starting on Monday, so I have to miss the first day of class. I hope that my books arrive before tuesday...cause I really don't want to go to class on tuesday w/o books, but who knows...If the stupid people in computer services hadn't been such SOB's I wouldn't be in this kinda jam, and I would have had my books like a month ago...but no, I can't get a login for Blackboard w/o going in in person...that is kinda hard when I am 3 hours away and don't have a car or any time to drive down there to get it. Well, that is enough ranting for now...I should get back to studying for physics...
