As human beings, we all will change. Like it or not, circumstances, previous experiences and the people around us will change us.
Some people change for the better while some change for the worse. Some changes can be sudden, such as changes due to fame or money. Some changes are more gradual, like us growing wiser with age. For better or for worse, we will all change.

"What if you suddenly become a millionaire one day? Do you think you will still be the same person you are now?"
The guy always seem to be able to ask some really thought provoking questions lol. I can't remember my exact answer, but my answer was definitely a no. Who knows what will I become if a million bucks suddenly fall on my lap 1 day? Will I become a selfish bastard? Will I turn into a paranoid android and become suspicious of anyone who gets close to me because I have a million bucks? Or will I become a really generous person and contribute the bulk of money to the needy or to the society?
Who knows?
What suddenly sparked all these thoughts? I've seen people around me (friends, friends of friends etc) change drastically lately. Then there are also those who refuse to change at all, preferring to stay ignorant and stagnant, lagging behind everyone else. Who are those people? Don't bother asking because I won't tell. You can make your guesses but I will not tell.
Is change always good? Or is it bad? That's very subjective really.
How about myself? Have I changed for the better or worse over the years? Or am I actually lagging behind too much? Hmmm...

LGF Orchard Jam gig updates
Some updates about the upcoming gigs. We have gotten 1 more gig slot! The details for the 2 gigs as follows:
Date: 4th Dec 2004 (Saturday)
Venue: Youth Park (open stage at Somerset, behind Cineleisure)
Time: 7pm
&
Date: 11th Dec 2004 (Saturday)
Venue: Outside Takashimaya
Time: 5pm
These are busking events to raise funds for AFUA, whose funds are used to support local performing arts and special arts. There will be several other performances going on at the 3 stages located at Youth Park and the 2 stages outside of Takashimaya for this event. It's very meaningful because AFUA helps the disabled to learn special arts so that they can continue to support themselves through performing arts. In addition to collecting funds via busking, we will also be selling our CD single and contributing all the sales proceeds to AFUA's funds too. So do drop by to support us and the event :)
I'm especially excited about these gigs because it'll be the 1st time we'll be performing the few new songs we've written over the past few months of 'no-gigging'. Can't wait to get on stage already!
Hope to see ya'll there!
Just some updates again. There's a change in venue for the 11th Dec gig. Such things will always happen for events, and they are often beyond anyone's control. But at least it's still within Orchard, so it's not that bad. Details as follows:
Date: 4th Dec 2004 (Saturday)
Venue: Youth Park (open stage at Somerset, behind Cineleisure)
Time: 7pm
&
Date: 11th Dec 2004 (Saturday)
Venue: Outdoor area in front of Paragon (at the side facing Swensons)
Time: 5pm
More blogging tonight, when I feel like writing more :)
