Breakfast:
1 slice whole wheat bread 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 small 1/2 mango, 1 banana + low-fat, plain yogurt + dash of skim milk
Snack: 1 apple 1 gulp mung bean milk 1 1/2 dried dates
Lunch: 2/3 bowl of noodles + spinach + egg
Snacks: 1/2 bottle sweetened dark soy milk 1 peach Hickory nuts 2 almonds >1 cup skim milk 1 strawberry
Dinner: Small amount of white rice 2 servings spinach 2 servings cabbage 1 small bowl chicken pineapple bitter gourd soup 1 piece chicken breast 1/2 ounce of stewed beef + carrots
Snack: 1 cucumber + soy bean sauce
PLUS 40-minute cardio! :)
Well... that's all I did today. Wasn't very productive honestly. And it's too late now to get started on homework, so I guess I'll have to do it all... tomorrow! Yikes, I gotta study for a chem test on Monday on ORGANIC CHEMISTRY. I'll start studying tonight before going to bed.
