S.J. said yesterday, "You know, someone told me that the reason why smart people can party so hard and still get good grades is because when they work, they concentrate really hard."
"Yeah," I said. "It's called work hard, party hard."
:] That's my new motto.
Well, May Break is fast arriving and with it promises of nights out in town and a birthday bash that will hopefully go down in history as being the most funnest orgy of fun that ever was. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Tonight my parents took apart my mahogany wardrobe. As I stood there next to my dad, bracing its wooden skeleton from swaying too violently to and fro, I suddenly felt like writing something -- poetry or prose -- and titling it "The Anatomy of a Cupboard." Although my wardrobe isn't a cupboard, but I guess "The Anatomy of a Wardrobe" sounds pretty cool too.
In other news, I've recently jumped on the bandwagon that Cha started. She thinks Ms. B is gay and after some speculation and further observations I think I agree with her. She never wears makeup, she wears ring on her thumb (even though this cannot ascertain someone's homosexuality, I don't care), and she wears man-ish clothes. I've never seen her in a skirt and I think I would drop dead and die if I did. So maybe she's just a feminist, or even possibly a misogynist, but Cha told me she witnessed her "flirting" with another woman once. (Hmmm... hmm?)
In other news, no news. I have tonnns of homework this weekend.
