[20 Sep 2003|11:58am] Let's see. Thursday School I don't really want to write about. Nothing truely interesting. After school we went to the LUAU! YEAH! Then Julie and I walked to my house. She took my new and improved senior pictures! Hehe, My old one didn't have any friggin' foilage in it so of course, can't go in the yearbook. But my new ones are so much prettier I love them so much more than Sgt Peppers! I'll post them at the bottom! It's so cool. Well I went over to Julie's. I spent the night. The next day's the drama day. Well the morning started off alright. We woke up and hung out. Her mom took us to Super Target and I got the film developed at the one hour photo. I took her sisters on "field trips" haha! Well I saw the senior pictures and as I already said they turned out GRRREAT! Okay so drama. I went home and told her mom something I shouldn't have *can't tell *tear**. And Julie was upset with me. I made it better though. So that was fine. But then I found out she was back together with PAUL.. and omg that pissed me off. Not that she was together with him, but that she got everyone to lie about to me.. I feel really betrayed. [12 Sep 2003|10:32pm] Sorry I haven't updated. I've been busy. School kinda sucks but i'm having a great time. I've already made some great friends and strengthened old friendships. That kinda scares me. I don't want to make it hard to leave and i'm making some great best friends. Also crushes, but you know I don't really like anyone! It's disapointing... High School sets you up for failure.. bleh.. Well I guess I'll just do today and then some highlights from the other days. Okay, today in first we watched this workout video. In physics we continued our lab. In, marketing we talked *basically*. Fourth, Pre-Calc we went over the homework. I think i'm going to do my homework tonight so I don't have to worry about it, (senior year and i'm just figuring this out i'm so slow). Um okay in fifth we did french, kinda dull I have some french homework also. Okay in lunch, we went in the senior lounge. Mia was in there. We chilled with her. Gjordana played this trick and now this guy Brent thinks I like him. I think he likes me so it's kinda move. Have to set the records straight.. Okay in 7th we learned our songs. I love our choir. We're so good. I have my issues but I basically love everyone. This one girl didn't know anyone so I introduced her to a few people. I'm becoming good friends with Tina. She's our buddy :) Well anyways he was taking totals for our sales and he's like "Brittany 3?" And she's like YAAAH So I was like okay now i'll do it, so he's like "Katie still 3?" and i'm like "No, 6 and YAH" but you had to be there. It was funny. Okay in 8th we had a boring day but it was the last period on a friday. Okay here's where the fun starts. After school I found Celeste and tried to ditch Kendra and Erika, didn't work. Haha! We tried to find Coach Lowe. But we never can. Bleh! Well, Jojo, Celeste, Kendra and Erika and I walked to Celeste's house. We only stayed there for a little bit. But it's okay. Well anyways, then we went to Peaberry, and after that we went to Noodles & Company cause yummy! Well this dude Ariel was hitting on Celeste and he was all holding her hand. I thought it was cute but she was disgusted. At about 5:30 we walked to my house. Erika had to leave. So we went to my house and chilled until 6:30. I dressed Kendra in some of my pants. Everyone looks pretty in my clothes except me :( *sigh*. Well, we went to the game. Free for us hun! :) SCORE. Well, I hate football games, but we just socialized, saw some hot guys, and just had a great time. Time flew. Our preppy guys had this mosh-pit shit going on everytime our team did anything good. [27 Aug 2003|06:16pm] The Starting Line August 26, 2003 Denver Colorado Wow there's so much to tell you. Okay so I arrived at the Ogden Theater and there was a small line so we waited. We're very lucky, when we got tickets, there were only a few left. So 28$ for Julie and I. Oh! And after the show I saw it was sold out. So Julie and I go inside the theater to check out the seating since it's general seating. All the good places were taken and julie didn't want to mosh so we moved up slowly in the standing area. The first band was "Early November." They were so cool. They played they're songs. The lead singer isn't hot, but seeing him in a band makes him hot. So... he's hot! OUCH! hehe. The second band was Senses Fail. They were okay. It was funny the lead singer was like "Who's going to get fucking laid tonight!" "Everyone's going to get fucking laid tonight!" And then he was chanting "fuck my cock!" DIRTY. But they were okay. Not punk rock more dark rock. The third band was Allister. I loved their style. They all had ties. I know it's not original but their outfits were just so cute. The lead singer was hot too! If I find pictures I will show you PROMISE! Well they rocked, i'll have to say besides the starting line, the hottest lead singer was him :-) The fourth band was homegrown. I really liked them. They had a huge fan base. They're from Orange County. Well they rocked too. Too bad I didn't know any of these people's songs hah! Eh. The fifth band was The Starting Line! YAY! I moved up in the moshpit. That was a good move and a bad move. It was good because I was one person away from kenny. Front Center. Bad thing because I was getting squished, although I knew it would happen. So The Starting Line came out and played my FAVORITE song of theirs first! "Hello Houston." I was in such a daze I don't know what happened. But I knew I had to get out of there. People were hurting me so I had to move back. I moved to the back, and then i'm like. You know what the hell. I jumped off of the banister and crowd surfed to the front. I wasn't even scared. Is that weird or what? These guys felt me up it was so much fun! Haha! So they let you off at the front right were kenny is SCORE! So I ran over to Julie and was like "did you see me crowd surf!?!" And she's like... no you crowdsurfed?! And i'm like yeah i'll do it again hehe. So I ran and this HOT guy said "Go!" hehe. They make you feel like a princess. Like the guys crowd surfing fall. But the girls, they like take care of (cause they want to feel you up) BUT THE POINT IS... haha. I went one more time and there was a mosh pit. The guys stopped the moshpit and were like hey c'mon! Ok. Let's see They played pretty much all the songs from "Say it like you Mean it." Well. Right before they sang "The Best of Me" Julie ran up to me. I was nearly passed out from dehydration. I'm not exaggerating it was really really bad. I couldn't pick up my arms because people were so close. So when I finally did my arm was too tired to keep up. But you know it was all worth it! Anyways julie ran up to me frantic. I went over to her to see what was wrong and it turns out I won these VIP passes that I entered for earlier! I was so excited. I got to go to the after party! It's funny because it was an inside joke how I won. Celeste entered this contest at school and was like "praise jesus" and prayed on her entry for like 5 minutes. The next day she ended up winning a portable CD player! Well for my entry I did the same thing. People were laughing at me. But hey, IT WORKED! So, after the show, which I missed the end of to go get my passes, we went to wait in line. They took all the winners *btw i got two passes one for me and julie :-D* and we went in this area. Kenny walked by! But I didn't say hi damnit... hehe. Um then they took us upstairs served drinks. But we're underage *not like they checked.* Well actually they did. They smelled out coke ha! Okay, I first saw the guitarist Mike? Yeah I got him to sign my CD cover, and then I saw Kenny. I talked to him for a minute and he signed my papers and my CD cover. Then I asked him for a hug and he gave me one! He's so hot i'd sex that man up anyday :-X j/k. Well we hung out and at about 12:30 my mom came to get us. I need a lot of new makeup, but that will do for now. We then went to Mickey D's to get me a burger. I'm really scared. I'm not eating anything. [15 Aug 2003|12:07pm] [ mood | apathetic ] [ music | Nothing Much ] Alright I have a lot to catch up on. Hmm ok. First wednesday Celeste came to my house at about 12:00. We walked down to Utah pool and went swimming. I taught her how to swim since I had to take the class and she learned! yay! We couldn't afford anything at the snack bar because we're pathetic haha. Well eventually we left, and lied to kendra and ended up going to her house. Man this is a workout haha. Well we suprised kendra, and then we went to Celeste's house. We just messed around like we always do, watched tv, ate dinner. But we were reading Magazine and we saw this thing for Free Uptown Girls Tickets, if you go to Lord and Taylor. So we were like all excited cause you also get a goody bag! YAY! So we called lord and taylor in Cherry Creek and they said they had two left and more in the children's section. YAY! So we went there with my mommy. Ok we asked the first lady. She had no idea what we were talking about. Along with everyone else. They acted like we were foreign and didn't speak english. I knew they had them otherwise why would the person on the phone say they did. So for about an hour and a half we were wondering trying to find them. About giving up, I went to the clinique counter and asked that lady. She called her manager, which i thought was funny cause just about everyone we talked to called their manager so she was probably like "why won't these kids leave!" So she came down to talk to us. I told her the whole story and she just stared at me, acting like she knew nothing about it. I was about to give up and she was like "oh i know where they are." WHAT? lmao. So we followed her up the escalator, she looked in one desk, weren't there, the next, they were there. YAY! So we finally got them. They were for uptown girls the next night, right before opening yay! I was excited. Ok i drove Kendra and Celeste home and then I went home. The next day, Wednesday. Erika came to my house at 9:00 since she had registration. I went back to the school with her and met up with Kendra and Celeste. We all had to get schedule changes, so we waited from 9:00-12:00 until we could, And ironically, we were first in line. BLEH! Finally I got my schedule changed. These are the classes Now: First Semester- 1 - foods and nutrition 2 - *Physics ACC 3 - French 3 ACC 4 - Advanced Expository Writing 5 - Gourmet and Foreign Foods 6 - Lunch! Yeah! 7 - Trebelaires 8 - *Pre-Calculus ACC Second Semester- 1 - Off period scoooreeee 2 - *Physics ACC 3 - French 3 ACC 4 - Mass Media Literacy 5 - Relationships 6 - Lunch! Yeah! 7 - Trebelaires 8 - *Pre-Calculus ACC So it's looking good now lol. Took a lot of work but now it's exactly what I want. The only class i'm scared of is Physics Acc... But well, we'll see! Ok we went to Celeste's house and hung out, ate food, everything we usually do. Then at about 5:30 we left to go see Uptown girls. We found it right away, and wandered the mall. It was fun, as usual.
