    People are becoming more carb conscious thanks to diets such as Atkins and South Beach. Carbohydrates usually get the blame when someone is having weight problems. But not all carbs are bad. There are good carbs, as well. Athletes load on carbohydrates before an event for a reason. Good carbs are an excellent source of energy. Despite what you may have read in an Atkins diet book, cutting out all carbohydrates is not healthy. It is to eat a low carb diet-a low carb diet that only includes the good carbs.     Cut carbs easily by replacing tortillas with a bowl. You may have to do more dishes but it's worth it to cut down on carbs.     Quesadilla or similar dishes are the only ones that this won't work for. A bowl full of melted cheese is nobody's idea of a tasty meal.

    There are lots of ways to eat low carb diets. It doesn't need to be a difficult process. Following these tips will help you feel full while limiting your intake of carbohydrates. You can limit your carb intake and still live a regular life. Eventually, what is now a conscious choice will become a habit. You won't even notice the difference after awhile.
